ABOUT THE FACULTY OF LAW
The Faculty of Law is a crowning glory of the esteemed Integral University started in the
year 2016 with an aim of establishing the department to inculcate and train the budding
lawyers. Over the past years, the Faculty has made significant progress in order to give
due emphasis to the expanding horizons of the legal profession. In its continuous
endeavors in this regard, the Faculty has introduced two Five-Year Integrated Law
Programmes and one Three-year Law Programme from the academic session 2016-
2017; and a One-Year Postgraduate Programme (LL.M. in International Law) in the
academic session 2019-2020.
SIGNIFICANCE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY REGIME
The Intellectual Property Rights is a field which has acquired significant importance in
the present era of globalized economy. It provides material awards and recognition to
the inventors and contributors for their investment. Hence, to disseminate scientific and
technological information which in turn stimulates research and development for
improvement of the quality of life? The Faculty of Law aims to enhance the knowledge,
understanding and scope of the various fields of the Intellectual Property; and to create
awareness of importance of IPR in modern world scenario.
