Bachelor of Science program in Life Sciences is a versatile degree that provides students with the optimal balance between a defined sequence of study and flexible course options. It stresses on the uniformity principals of molecular and cellular mechanisms in all living systems by integrating physical and chemical sciences with biology. This program will aid the students to learn basic sciences along with the recent developments in the field of Genomics, Proteomics, Cancer Biology and modern drug discovery approach and fully equips them for various competitive exams. In addition program will also empower students with skills of communication, management, Bioethics and entrepreneurship. Various organizations viz. CSIR, IITs, NITs, DRDO, ICAR, AIIMS, INMAS, BARC, and TIFR etc. engage life science graduates every year. Students can also opt for further studies in any of the diverse fields of life science or can pursue career in teaching and research in universities/institutes.

Eligibilty

• A candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board.

• Candidates have to be successful in IUET 2025 (Integral University Entrance Test)

• Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying exam in the current year and have applied for admission in any UG/PG program of this University should submit the Marks Sheet of the qualifying examination latest by July/Aug of the same year.
