For Departmental Website Coordinators (DWC)
DWCs are single point of contact (SPOC) to SDC for their respective departments to coordinate changes in website content at departmental pages. They need to ensure following:
- Make all communications through email only at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Communication regarding any particular request is followed in same thread of email that is no separate emails for same request.
- Every email subject has specific format that is “Name of Department: Request”.
- Email content is specifying clearly what is to be updated and at which link?
- Provide contents in ready to publish format.
- Departmental webpage has updated content including images.
- A contact number is specified on email for immediate queries (if required).
