Sports and games are a vigorous physical activity which involves physical exertion and skill. Sports not only have physical benefits but it also improves our concentration and makes us more alert and attentive. It helps to enhance the overall personality of an individual and makes him more productive and alert. It also increases our social interaction and develops sportsman spirit in an individual. Sports have been an integral part of this University. Every year, in and around Fiesta, various inter-departmental sports and games events are held at its premises.

It is a very exciting and competitive to see that how departments become rivals on the field and the feelings of unanimity, faithfulness and allegiance stands tall and become the highlight for all the participants. The echo of creative, inspiring fun slogans and jingles fills the air and cheered by the supporters of both sides on every goal, basket, boundary, attack and throw. Like every year, the sports and games will begin by 8^th of February. The various sports and games events that are held at Integral Fiesta sports are Cricket, Football, Roll Ball, Volleyball, Shot-put, Basketball, Javelin throw, Race, Chess, Carrom, etc. The events are administered by Dr. Mohammad Zafar, Director of the Integral University Sports Authority and watched over by the deciding committees. The event will conclude on 28^th February, on which prizes and certificates will be dispersed to the participants. The Integral sports events bring out the various feelings of win, loss, excitement & thrill and give the students the kick to pump up and get their adrenaline rushing with the feeling of competitiveness.
