Faculty of Education, Integral University, Lucknow is going to organize a Guest Lecture on Micro-Teaching on April 22, 2022. The speaker of the event will be Prof. (Dr.) M. Varma (Retd.) Department of Education, University of Lucknow.
The main objective of this guest lecture is to address and emphasize that Micro-Teaching has the potential to improve the students pedagogic skills, competencies, self confidence, belief and attitudes with minimum available facilities, experiences and to provide students with valuable teaching experiences and make them aware of the benefits and relationships between theory and practice. As an innovative method of equipping teachers to be effective, skills and practices of Micro- Teaching have been implemented.
Micro-Teaching helps in eliminating errors and builds stronger teaching skills for the teachers. It increases the self confidence, improves the in-class teaching performance and develops classroom management skills.
