The Scheme of a Faculty Development Program is designed to enhance the teaching and other skills of the faculty regarding values, education and excitement for knowledge transformation. Due to greater emphasis on Human Rights and its overall protection especially during the pandemic situation in relation to the gross violation of Human Rights, the Faculty of Law, Integral University thus organized 14 Days International Faculty Development Program on “Changing Paradigms of Human Rights in a Globalized World” from 06.07.2021 to 20.07.2021.
The aim of this program is to deliberate on the serious issues of Human Rights and Changing dimensions of Law in the Globalized World covering every basic aspect of Human Rights and Human Rights Law. It also provides an emphatic platform to improve the pedagogy of the Human Rights Law courses in the present changing circumstances in lieu of the pervasive nature of laws in every sphere of our lives.
The FDP was organized virtually on the Official YouTube Channel of the Department starting from the Inaugural Session till Valedictory for two hours on a daily basis.
The Inaugural Session was held on 06.07.2021 started with Patron’s Address, Prof. Dr. Javed Musarrat (Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor), Hon’ble Mr. Justice Mehboob Ali as Chief Guest and Prof. Dr. M. Afzal Wani as Guest of Honor who emphasized the relevance of Human rights in this changing world and implementation of the Human Rights Law. Each session was delivered by the renowned resource person of Law field followed by a question-and-answer session with the participants, quizzes, assignments and feedback. The Program marked its end with the Valedictory held on 20.07.2021 with the Address of the Registrar Prof. Shahid Ali and Prof. Dr. Balkista Reddy, Registrar NALSAR, Hyderabad as Chief Guest who address us with his thought-provoking words on Human Rights in the Contemporary World, its issues and implementation followed by National Anthem. This FDP was successfully organized by Dr. Mirza Junaid Beg (Convenor) and Ms. Shipra Mishra (Coordinator).
Assessment and Certification: Certificates were provided to all the participants after completion of daily activities like quizzes, assignments and feedbacks which shows their active engagement in the program.
