The faculty of law, Integral University in light of raising the bar of legal awareness and constitutional values conducted the legal aid workshop in association with the Chaanv Foundation at the Sherose Café, Gomti Nagar on 8th of October, 2019 at 5 pm.
The legal aid workshop focused on to provide a basic and essential knowledge on the legal aspects of women rights especially the acid attack survivors so that they can understand the law and know the scope of their rights under the law and eventually assert their rights as a means to take action, uplift their social status in this format of patriarchal society.
Many other prominent legal field luminaries become the part of the invigorating workshop to invoke the awareness of the human rights among the acid attack survivors. 250 students of Integral University from Faculty of law and other Departments were also an active participant of the legal aid workshop.
