Mission Shakti Abhiyan aims to empower young women by spreading awareness on key aspects of their well-being. This awareness camp is designed to educate and support female students through expert guidance, interactive sessions, and practical knowledge on the following themes:
· Understanding stress, anxiety, and emotional well-being
· Building resilience and self-confidence
· Accessing support systems and counseling resources
· Importance of balanced diet for adolescent girls
· Dealing with anemia and nutritional deficiencies
· Healthy lifestyle habits and meal planning
· Menstrual health and hygiene
· Early identification of common health concerns
· Importance of regular check-ups and self-care practices
· To create awareness and promote healthy practices among female students
