The Department of Community Medicine, Integral Institute of Medical Sciences and Research organized a "School Health Camp" under ‘School Health Program’ scheme on 11-10-2017 at "Munni Devi Public School", Luvkushnagar under Urban Health Training Centre (UHTC), Sarvodaya Nagar, Lucknow.
School Health Program aims at health appraisal of school children, prevention of communicable diseases, healthful environment, nutritional services, eye care, ear nose and throat care, dental health care, and remedial measure & follow up.
Provision of educational and counselling opportunities for promoting and maintaining individuals, family, and community health. A detailed health checkup including height, weight, Eye, ENT, Skin Examination , Personal Hygiene was done . Counselling on Personal Hygiene was given.
