M.Tech in Instrumentation and Control Engineering is a post graduation course. Instrumentation engineering is a specialised branch of electrical and electronics engineering. It primarily focuses on the principle and operation of measuring instruments, which are used in the design and configuration of automated systems.

Instrumentation is the technology of creating, constructing and maintaining the measuring and control devices and systems found in manufacturing plants and research institutions. The main objective of the instrumentation and control engineers is to ensure that these systems and process operates efficiently and safely.

  • Eligibilty
  • A candidate must have passed B.Tech./ B.E. or equivalent examination in Electrical Engg./ Electrical & Electronics Engg./ Electronics & Instrumentation Engg. with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.

  • Admission on the basis of merit in IUET-2020.

  • Candidates who have appeared in the Intermediate Examination of the year 2020 and have also applied for admission in any Course of this University should submit the Marks Sheet of the qualifying examination latest by 20th July, 2020.
