It involves research and a tutorial approach to study Law. A wide range of research areas is out there for a PhD program, including Law of Nations, Comparative Law, Human Rights Law, Admiralty Law, International Environmental Law, Constitutional Law, Commercial Law and many more. Through course-work, teaching, and research, candidates have to complete and submit their Research Thesis to get the Ph.D. Degree.

  • Candidate must have cleared post-graduate (PG) degree in respective discipline with score of minimum 55%

Admission Procedure

  • Candidates have to be successful in IUET 2025 (Integral University Entrance Test ) along with Personal Interview

Note:

    Exemption Criteria from Entrance Test

  1. Candidates who have qualified in UGC NET/JRF, CSIR/SLET, GATE, GPAT examination with valid score or Teacher fellowship holder.
  2. Candidates who have successfully completed regular M. Phil. programme from a recognized University/Institution.
