The Department of Humanities & Social Sciences, Integral University, Lucknow is organizing a Two-Day Youth Mental Health Conclave on 13–14 October 2026 in Hybrid Mode at the Central Auditorium, Integral University.
The conclave is envisioned as a comprehensive academic platform to promote mental health literacy, informed discourse, and psychosocial well-being among youth. It will facilitate evidence-based discussions on contemporary psychological challenges while encouraging open dialogue and addressing misconceptions and societal stigma surrounding mental health.
The two-day programme will feature expert lectures, panel discussions, interactive workshops, and experiential learning sessions, offering participants scientifically grounded knowledge and practical insights into emotional regulation, stress management, resilience, and self-care. The conclave also seeks to empower students to contribute towards a supportive campus environment and become informed advocates for mental health.
The event is open to professionals, faculty members, research scholars, and students from Humanities and Sciences, Commerce, Management, and other allied disciplines.
