Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, in collaboration with the Department of Computer Application and National Service Scheme (NSS), Integral University, is organising an extension activity on “Awareness Campaign on Online Frauds” under the Digital Saksharta Abhiyaan.
The awareness campaign is scheduled to be held on 19 August 2026 at Government Basic School, Basaha, BKT Block, Kursi Road, Lucknow.
The initiative aims to promote awareness among students and the community regarding online frauds, digital safety, cyber threats, and responsible use of digital technologies. The activity is aligned with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 – Quality Education, particularly its emphasis on developing digital literacy and awareness for the safe and effective use of technology.
Students from the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.Tech & M.Tech) and the Department of Computer Application (BCA & MCA) will participate in the awareness programme and contribute towards promoting digital literacy and cyber-safety.
The activity will provide an opportunity for students to engage with the community and disseminate practical knowledge on identifying online scams, protecting personal information, and adopting safe digital practices.
