The International Day of Yoga (IDY) has been celebrated annually on 21 June since 2015,
following its inception in the United Nations General Assembly in 2014.
Integral University observes IDY since 2014 in the campus at a very broad level as per the directives of
Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.
The International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing Yoga.
Department of Computer Application has taken this opportunity to celebrate IDY -2020 by organizing an Online
Quiz Yogathon-2020 to spread awareness among the staff members/students and in outer society.
