2. Scope

This policy applies to all academic programs, departments, faculty members, and curriculum committees at Integral University. It covers all aspects of teaching enhancement, including pedagogy, assessment, faculty development, and curriculum design and revision.

3. Objectives

  • To promote innovative and effective teaching practices that enhance student learning outcomes.

4. Teaching Enhancement

4.1 Faculty Development

  • Workshops and Training:

    • Faculty members are encouraged to participate in external professional development opportunities such as conferences, online courses, and certification programs.

    • Newly appointed faculty members will be paired with experienced mentors who can provide guidance on teaching techniques, classroom management, and curriculum development.

4.2 Innovative Teaching Methods

  • Active Learning:

7. Quality Assurance
