The Department of Surgery was established in 2013, when Integral Institute of Medical Sciences was established.
The department has been growing both in quantitative and qualitative terms.
The department has evolved from conventional Surgery, to minimum invasive Surgery, Laparoscopic Surgery, Endoscopy, and state of art Laser Surgery.
The department presently has expertise in Neurosurgery, Urological Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Paediatric Surgery.
Under the able guidance of Hon'ble Chancellor, the energy of our Hon'ble Vice chancellor, the experience of Dean, and dynamism of the team, the department is set to scale new heights, and set benchmarks in terms of quality.
