Integral inked an MoU with CST UP Incubation Centre, Mechanical Engineering, IIT (BHU), Varanasi

An MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) was signed between CST UP Incubation Centre, Mechanical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi and Faculty of Doctoral Research & Studies, Integral Information & Research Centre and Integral Institute of Agricultural Science & Technology, Integral University, Lucknow, on Saturday, February 8, 2020, at Integral University’s campus.

The MoU is meant for collaborative joint research activities in alternative energy resources from sugarcane, solar energy, annual wastes, dung/dropping and agricultural power and machinery, domain specific/inter discipline research related to mechanical engineering, etc.

Also it will provide opportunities for PhD students exchange programs and visits and deliver technical expertise in research, teaching & discussion and promotion of other academic cooperation as mutually agreed. The purpose of this MOU is to define the areas for fundamental, academic research in which the Parties desire to work together in the future for their mutual benefit to foster a collaborative framework between Integral University and CST UP Incubation Centre, Mechanical Engineering, IIT (BHU), Varanasi

Henceforth, Integral University (NAAC accredited university approved by UGC under section 2(f) and 12 (b) of the UGC act 1956, presently having 13 faculty of study, 47 departments, 250 plus programs, approx. 12,000 students) and CST UP Incubation Centre, Mechanical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, a premier educational institution at Varanasi here in after referred as ‘CST UP Incubation Centre, IIT-BHU’ in order to share the facilities and expertise available in each others’ institution, herewith sign a Memorandum of Understanding.

With the feelings of Together we grow, the MOU will open new doors of possibilities for learners. CST UP Incubation Centre will provide short term training to students, research scholars and faculty members of Integral University in their areas of specialization.

The MoU signing ceremony is witnessed by Dr. Syed Nadeem Akhtar, Director Planning, Research & International Relations, Integral University, Lucknow, Prof. Dr. Shailendra K. Shukla, CST UP Incubation Centre, Mechanical Engineering, IIT (BHU), Varanasi, Prof. Dr. T. Usmani, Dean, Doctoral Research & Studies, Integral University and Dr. Mohd. Haris Siddiqui, Dean, Integral Institute of Agricultural Science & Technology and Directorate of Admission & Counseling, Integral University, Lucknow.

The above MoU will be effective for a period of 5 years starting from the date of signing. The MoU shall be periodically reviewed in joint meeting/s to assess the progress and also to identify new areas for collaboration.
