Educationalists and Students mustered at the Integral lawns for a session of peace, unity and wellbeing on the World Yoga day.

In today’s fast-paced hi-tech world, health is always at stake. People are consumed by the activities they do to learn, earn the living and survive. University life can too send a whirlpool of new thoughts and experiences through their life, mind and emotions. Thus, the techniques these professors and scholars opt, to manage all this greatly determine the level of success both in and out of the classroom. The common complaint of not having enough time to do physical exercises and sometimes the daily work draining out all the energy, are to be blamed for making an individual their lethargic best.

Integral Campus stages the World’s oldest Martial Art Performance

The oldest martial art technique in the world, Kalaripayattu travelled all the way from Kerala to enthrall Integralites. It was under the “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat project that the National Service Scheme in collaboration with Integral University organized an event on April 21st, to bring forth the hidden wonder of the country.

“Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat is an initiative by the Indian Government to glorify the rich cultural heritage of the country and to connect one far off point of India to another. All the 36 States/UTs in India gets paired for an entire year,sign MoUs with each other, delineating a set of activities that they would carry out through the year.

Integral organises the First Roll Ball University Championship in Lucknow.

The Inter Collegiate Roll Ball Championship 2018 held at Integral University on 23rd April was yet another edition of an electrifying sports event in the campus, for the love of the game. The Championship organized by the Integral University Sports Academy (IUSA) was the first time ever that a Roll Ball game was played at a University Level in Lucknow. Dr. Mohammad Zafar, Sports Director, IU and Mr. Niraj Srivastava, Secretary, District Roll ball Association Lucknow, jointly made the event possible. The event was student coordinated by Ayush Agha of B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering. Team Integral competed with Lucknow Senior Team and Lucknow Junior Team in the tournament.


The Vivacity of Team Integral wins Medals and Hearts @ an Interuniversity event.

Team Integral participated in the sports meet "Nazrana -e- Awadh 2018" at Avadh Girls Degree College, Lucknow. The girls participated in the games of basketball, table tennis, kho-kho and throw ball. The 2 day Sports Meet brought the athletic students together to represent their institutes with healthy team spirit and sportsmanship. The meet was inaugurated by Brigadier A. K. Singh, Group Commander, National Cadet Corps, Lucknow.

Team Integral outplayed the other participating colleges/Universities in various games. In basketball our girls bagged the first position.

Integral University boys take up their passion in Roll Ball to the National level.

IU participated in the All India Inter-University Roll Ball championship held at the Jammu University, J&K between 3rd & 7th Jan. Roll Ball is just a decade old sport similar to basketball or handball that is played on the roller skates. The play consists of two teams of six players each, five field players and a goal tender.

“Players move toward the goal while dribbling or passing a ball similar to a basketball, with the aim of throwing the ball into a goal at each end of the court and the team that is able to score more goals wins”. Explains Ayush Agha , Roll Ball Captain Integral University. Ayush is hugely responsible for all the success and popularity of this sport in the campus.
