On May 13th, Her Excellency, MS Hayet Talbi EP Bilel, Ambassador of Tunisia to the Republic of India, was welcomed to Integral University Lucknow to give a talk on Higher Education in Tunisia and Cooperation with India, as well as sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Integral University and Monastir University, Tunisia, to strengthen the bond between the two universities.

Hon'ble Pro-Chancellor Dr. Syed Nadeem Akhtar, Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. Javed Musarrat, Her Excellency Ms. Hayet Talbi EP Bilel, Ambassador of Tunisia, Mr. Ali Meftahi, DCM, Mr. Syed Fauzan Akhtar, Executive Director, IIMSR, Dr. Mohd Haris Siddiqui, Registrar, Integral University, Deans, Heads, and Faculty were among those who attended the event.

The audience was addressed by the Hon'ble Pro Chancellor, Dr. Syed Nadeem Akhtar, who expressed delight in organizing such a significant event on this platform. He emphasized the importance of the relationship between the two countries.

Her Excellency Ms. Hayet Talbi EP Bilel spoke on Tunisian higher education and collaboration with India. She mentioned Tunisia as one of the leading countries in supporting learning and education.

She emphasized the necessity of collaboration and mobilization in order to improve education. "I hope that the Memorandum of Understanding that we signed this afternoon would help to deepen the relationship between the University of Monastir Tunisia and the Integral University of Lucknow." She concluded.

Professor Javed Mussarat, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, concluded the event by expressing his hope that the two countries can develop a strong link that will lead to improved education.

Her Excellency was presented with a memento followed by a chorus of both countries' National Anthems, which brought the occasion to a close.
