Centre for Career Guidance & Development (CCG&D) Integral University, organized a visit by delegation from Enterprise Ireland (A Government of Ireland Organization), represented by Mr. David Flood Director (South Asia) and Ms. Wendy D Souza Vice President (South Asia) on Thursday, 20 th Feb, 2020.

The visiting team was welcomed by Director CCG&D. Subsequently a meeting was held between the visiting delegation and the high level management of the University to deliberate on the Options of Collaborations, Up-gradation of Curriculum-Industry Linkage and Modernization of content. The participants in the discussions from Integral University were Dean Doctoral Studies & Research, Director Admissions, Director HRDC, Dean Applied Science, Director CCG&D among others.


There was special discussion on collaborative Research Projects in the areas of IT, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Business Management, and Agri-tech. Student exchange program (where student can pursue one semester in an Irish University) was another key area of discussions. An innovative University 21 Program, where faculty members can also participate in curriculum development & mentor ship program along with conducting lectures at the universities through faculty exchange initiatives, was also discussed.

The visitors called upon & met Prof. Aqil Ahmed -VC (Acting) Integral University and briefed him about their intent to collaborate with the University. Later on they made a University tour and were highly impressed by the infrastructure and the greenery of the campus. The visiting team also had high words of praise about the Central Library and the Workshop.




A student interaction was organized on the “Opportunities for higher education and career prospects in Ireland” Mr. David Flood briefed the students about the education system and the opportunities for career prospects in Ireland.
The Honorable Chancellor of Integral University, Prof S.W.Akhtar, met the delegation & was pleased about the prospects of collaboration with Enterprise Ireland. The Irish delegation updated him on the interactions held in the University and the positive response from the students & senior authorities. They presented a gift as a token of appreciation to the Honorable Chancellor who in turn thanked the Irish team by presenting a University Memento.
