Women should be provided equal opportunity in leadership roles as well, which is still not a common phenomenon in our society. Statistics show that the number of women in top positions in India is still very low. It is the duty of all of us, irrespective of gender, to take initiative to bring more women leaders in all spheres of society. Further, Dr. Zeba Aqil Professor, Department of Education, Integral University enlightened the participants about maintaining the physical and mental challenges faced by women in leadership roles. She quoted that in an analysis in the year 2020 by Mercer shows weak participation of women in top positions. She also suggested that more women will be hired if blind applications are invited. 40% of the people observed double standards against females. In the data provided by Fortune 500 only 4.1% of women become CEO. She also suggested several ways to balance responsibilities along with maintaining physical and mental health.
