The Vision of the Department is :

To envision the escalation of students in the sphere of Electronics & Communication Engineering, through an effective teaching-learning process and quality research, to hone their competence on an international rostrum with sound technical, interpersonal, analytical, managerial skills and professional ethics.

Mission

The Mission of the Department is :

To inculcate a scientific temper in the students towards research in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
To provide the students an environment of academic freedom that will ensure an exchange of ideas and dissemination of knowledge.
To advance and spread the knowledge in the areas of electronics. communication, signal processing, instrumentation, and very large-scale integration leading to the creation of wealth and welfare of humanity.
The department offers state-of-the-art infrastructure for effective teaching-learning processes and for achieving excellence in research.
To create awareness & arouse an insatiable thirst for life-long learning through interaction with the external world regarding contemporary issues, technological trends, and entrepreneurship.
